1. User Accounts When you create a user account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account session.

2. School Intervention Requests By submitting an intervention request on behalf of a school, you represent that you are an authorized representative of the school. You agree to provide accurate classroom size, pupil counts, and infrastructure needs. Nkanu Global Foundation reserves the right to verify, approve, reject, or postpone any request at its sole discretion based on resource availability.

3. Donations and Logs All donations are manual and final. By logging a transaction reference, you warrant that you have executed the underlying Zelle or bank transfer. False logging of transaction codes may lead to account suspension.

4. Intellectual Property All content, logos, text, and images extracted from @NKANU GLOBAL __MAlI and hosted on this website are protected under copyright law and belong to Nkanu Global Foundation.
