Community Health Education: Prevention is Power

Knowledge is power. There is no reason to die from a disease that is preventable just because of lack of knowledge and awareness. Nkanu Global Foundation, led by Dr. Patience Eze, organizes both online and in-person workshops on the risk factors of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and how it can be prevented. Our focus is targeting minority groups and people who do not have access to healthcare in rural Nigeria and underserved areas of America. In our recent health campaign, we reached over 500 individuals, offering free screening and counseling on lifestyle adjustments to prevent chronic diseases.
